Minimum rental is for four days. Minimum rental during holiday period is 7 days (12/16/06  -  01/07/07).  Stays of one month or more receive additional discount regardless of season. Please inquire.  50% of total rental required upon making a reservation, balance before 60 days of rental. When reserving less than 60 days prior, 100% of the rent is payable. A $250 security deposit is also required upon final payment and is 100% refundable within 10 days,  provided there are no problems during your stay. Cancellations made prior to 60 days are fully refundable. Within 60 days, cancellations may be applied to a future rental. Home is non-smoking, except for the outside terrace.
